  • Sliding windows

    2 or 3 track · 6mm single or 24mm DGU

    The most popular choice for bedrooms and living rooms. Sashes slide on stainless rollers, so nothing swings into the room or onto a balcony.

  • Casement windows

    Side-hung · multi-point locking

    Hinged sashes that press onto rubber gaskets when closed, giving a tighter seal against dust, sand and traffic noise than sliding windows.

  • Tilt-and-turn windows

    Tilt vent + full turn · child-safe handle

    Tilt the top inwards for safe ventilation, or turn the handle to open fully for cleaning. A good fit for children's rooms and upper floors.

  • Fixed and picture windows

    Up to 12mm toughened or DGU

    Large non-opening panes for stairwells, double-height halls and views, often combined with an opening vent beside them.

How much do aluminium windows cost per square metre in the UAE?

The price per square metre depends on three choices: the profile system (standard, slim or thermal-break), the glass (single, double or Low-E) and the opening type. Sliding windows with single glass sit at the lower end, and thermal-break casements with Low-E double glazing at the top. Small openings cost more per square metre than large ones because hardware is a fixed cost. After the site visit you get an itemised quote that lists every window with its size, system and glass.

Are aluminium windows good for the UAE climate?

Yes. Aluminium does not warp, soften or yellow in direct sun, and a powder-coated finish resists humidity and salt air near the coast. The one weakness of standard aluminium is that it conducts heat. For rooms that face west or south, a thermal-break profile with double glazing solves this and keeps cooling costs down.

How long does it take to replace the windows in a villa?

A typical villa order takes one to two weeks to prepare after you approve the sizes, and two to four days to install. We replace windows room by room, so every opening is closed and sealed at the end of each day.
