What we collect
When you request a quote we record your name, emirate, the service you need, any sizes or notes you add, and the page and advert that brought you to the site (for example UTM tags). The form then opens WhatsApp; your phone number and anything you send there reach us through WhatsApp, and we keep that conversation and any photos.
Why we use it
Only to prepare your quote, book and carry out your site visit and installation, provide after-sales support, and understand which of our adverts bring enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and advertising
We use the TikTok pixel, and may use Meta and Google measurement tools, to see how our adverts perform. These tools can set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site works the same without them.
Who can see it
Our own team, and service providers that store or process data for us (hosting, email and spreadsheet tools) under their own security terms. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to two years, and job records for as long as the warranty and legal record-keeping require.
