Bifold doors fold back in sections and stack at one or both sides, so up to 90 percent of the opening is clear. They are the favourite for majlis rooms, gardens and restaurants that want to open fully in the cooler months and seal tight in summer.

Bifold doors open almost the full width, while sliding doors always leave at least one panel covering part of the opening. Sliding doors have fewer frames when closed, so the view is cleaner. Choose bifold when you want to open the room to the outside, and sliding when you mainly want a big window that also works as a door.
Good bifold systems use double gaskets between every panel and a weather-sealed threshold. Fitted correctly, they seal as well as a casement window. The key is accurate installation: the frame must be square and level, which is why our own team fits every door we supply.
